Licence and authorship

1. Who wrote this plan
The text was written in early 2009 by a group of citizens from Salento, aged between twenty and forty: students, graduates, researchers, workers, professionals and entrepreneurs, as the chapter «How the idea was born» recounts. It was not, and is not, a document of a public body or a political party: it is a proposal by citizens.
In 2026 the plan was taken up again, rewritten where time had overtaken it, and republished by GiaNet Media di Giannetta Francesco, who curates the revision. Wherever a chapter contains an addition about the present, the text says so openly.
The original 2009 text has not been deleted: it can be read in full on the page The 2009 plan.
2. Licence
The text of the plan is published under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0).
You are free to share and adapt it, including for commercial purposes, provided that you give appropriate credit and distribute your contributions under the same licence. You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the licence permits.
3. How to cite it
Salento DinAmico. A plan for the territory, group of citizens from Salento, 2009; revised by GiaNet Media, 2026. Licence CC BY-SA 4.0.
If you have changed the text, say so: it is what the licence requires, and it avoids attributing to others words they did not write.
4. What the licence does NOT cover
- Photographs and illustrations: they carry their own licences and cannot be reused under the licence of the text.
- The «Salento DinAmico» name, logo and graphic marks: not covered by CC BY-SA. You may name the project to talk about it; you may not use its mark to sign your own work or to suggest endorsement.
- Forum posts: they belong to the people who wrote them.
5. Corrections
If a fact is wrong or out of date, or if something appears that should not have been published, write to [email protected]. A document that invites discussion cannot then refuse corrections.
