1. What this is about

These terms govern the use of the Salento DinAmico website, operated by GiaNet Media di Giannetta Francesco (VAT IT04410590758), registered office at via Canonico Martire Schito 13 — 73028 Otranto (LE), Italy.

The site publishes a territorial development plan written in 2009 and hosts a forum to discuss it. It sells no goods or services and asks for no payment: for this reason the rules on distance selling and the right of withdrawal do not apply.

Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. Reading and taking part

Reading is free and requires no registration. Writing in the forum only takes an email address: you receive a code and you are in, with no password to choose. If you prefer, you can still set one from your profile, or use a device key (passkey).

Anyone taking part is responsible for what they write and warrants they have the right to publish it.

3. Rules of the discussion

The forum exists to discuss a plan, including to oppose it. Criticism of ideas is welcome, even harsh. The following are not allowed:

• insults, threats, harassment and attacks aimed at people rather than ideas;
• unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory content, or content inciting hatred or violence;
• other people's personal data published without their consent;
• material covered by third-party rights published without title;
• advertising, repeated messages and automated content;
• attempts to interfere with the site or to circumvent its security measures.

4. Moderation

Any message can be reported by readers. Once a number of open reports is reached, the content is automatically suspended pending human review.

The operator may remove or edit content breaching these terms, close a discussion and suspend access for repeated breaches. To challenge a decision, write to [email protected].

5. Content posted by participants

You keep ownership of what you write. By publishing, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, unlimited in time, to display that content on the site and in its archives, including translated into the languages the site is published in, for the sole purpose of keeping the discussion readable.

The licence goes no further: content is never sold, nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. The site's own content

The text of the plan, the photographs and the distinctive signs belong to their respective authors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Quoting is free, provided the source is stated and the page linked.

7. Videos hosted elsewhere

Some videos are played from external platforms through their own players. That content remains subject to the terms of the platform hosting it.

8. Availability and liability

The site is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation: it may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond the operator's control.

The published plan is a proposal written in 2009: it is not an administrative act, not a commitment by any public body, and not professional advice.

The operator is not liable for content published by users, for which the authors are responsible, save for the duty to act once made aware of unlawful content.

9. Closing your access

You may ask for your access to be closed at any time by writing to [email protected]. Messages already published may remain, anonymised, so as not to break discussions other people took part in; on request they can be removed.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest revision; continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.

11. Governing law

Italian law applies. The courts of Lecce have jurisdiction, save for the consumer's forum where the law makes it mandatory.
